LeadPoint Appoints Rent.com's Scott Ingraham to Board of Directors LOS ANGELES, January 18, 2006--LeadPoint, Inc., the premier patent-pending global platform that allows the buying and selling of leads in a free market environment, today announced the appointment of Scott Ingraham to its growing Board of Directors.
Ingraham currently serves as the General Manager and executive in charge of Rent.com, an Internet company he co-founded and led as CEO before its sale to eBay in February of 2005. Rent.com ranks #1 in the U.S apartment industry in unique visitor traffic, apartment listings and verified apartment lease transactions. The company is now a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY) after having been acquired for $433 million.

In 1998, Ingraham initiated the $1 billion merger of Oasis into another publicly traded REIT, Camden Property Trust (CPT), and has since been a board member of Camden.
