Nick Chapman - Managing Director, LeadPoint UK
Mr. Chapman contributes his valuable experience in business development, affiliate marketing, lead generation and product management as the head of LeadPoint's UK operations.
Prior to LeadPoint, Mr. Chapman served as Business Development Director for Advertising.com Europe, where he helped to define the company's overall strategy. He drove dramatic financial growth in Europe where he launched Advertising.com's affiliate, email and data share networks.
Mr. Chapman previously served as Business Development Manager for IPT (Interactive Prospect Marketing), where he was the head of account management, client services and business development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chapman worked as Sales and Marketing Manager for Play Sport New Media.

Nicholas Mills - Sales Director,
LeadPoint UK
Mr. Mills brings extensive strategic partnership,
project management, and business development
experience to his position as Sales Director
for LeadPoint UK.
In his previous role at The Independent newspaper
(Independent News & Media plc) Mills was
responsible for launching the Special Projects
team, focused on developing pioneering business
partnerships in a broad range of vertical markets.
He integrated commercial multi-platform brand
solutions with editorial content and marketing
activities to optimise brand awareness and
market penetration for clients and partners.
Mills formerly worked as Sales and Project
Manager for B2B publishing specialists TBG,
then part of Vivendi Universal, responsible
for developing commercial revenue streams and
sponsorship opportunities across a portfolio
of magazines, websites, roadshows and awards
evenings. He has also worked for Sitel (Australia)
on Citibank and Telstra consumer marketing
campaigns, and in client services for American
Express Europe.

Marc Diana - Chief Executive
Officer
Mr. Diana has utilized his extensive experience over the last
decade in the interactive marketplace to launch LeadPoint.com.
Mr. Diana most recently served in a business and corporate
development capacity for eCompanies venture LowerMyBills.com.
Mr. Diana also spent several years as Vice President of Business
and Corporate Development for Innovent Group, an early stage
investment and management company. He previously co-founded
and served as President and board member for Broadband Studios,
as well as led the formation of strategic alliances and the
acquisition of new business relationships as the VP of Business
Development at Media Revolution.
As an interactive expert, Mr. Diana has lent his expertise
to a variety of industries including retail, travel, finance,
media, manufacturing and the entertainment fields. He has
assisted companies including Twentieth Century Fox, iXL, Mitsubishi, Staples, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Technicolor, Kia Motors, Mirage
Resorts, Electronic Arts, Mattel, Charter Communications,
DirecTV,
Countrywide Home Loans, Disney and Warner Bros.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Diana also served on the founding
team for National Geographic Interactive, where he managed
sales, marketing and distribution. He also held marketing
and sales positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Per Pettersen - Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Mr. Pettersen utilizes his extensive e-business
experience in software and product development and technology
operations to head LeadPoint’s technology development and
operations. In addition to LeadPoint, Mr. Pettersen has founded
and currently serves as CEO for Estalea, an innovative entrepreneurial
company that focuses on creating a network of new Internet
businesses.
Prior to Estalea, Mr. Pettersen served as senior vice president
and chief technology officer of Commission Junction. Pettersen
provided strategic technology leadership and oversaw engineering,
quality assurance and technology operations. As part of a
corporate turn-around, Mr. Pettersen implemented substantial
cost containment initiatives that had significant impact on
the company’s bottom line and provided a quick turn-around
to a profitable company and subsequent sale to ValueClick.
Mr. Pettersen also retained the position of vice president
of technology at ValueClick (NASDAQ:VCLK), which provides
a wide range of products and services that enables agencies,
advertisers and publishers to cost-effectively reach, recruit
and retain online customers.
Mr. Pettersen also founded and served as CEO for Active Internet
Marketing.

Michael Rosenberg - Chief
Marketing Officer
Mr. Rosenberg brings a wealth of both online and offline
marketing, strategic thinking, business development and E-Commerce
experience to his role as Chief Marketing Officer for LeadPoint.
Mr. Rosenberg most recently served as Senior Vice President,
Media and Marketing Services for Autobytel Inc., the industry
leader in the online automotive lead space. At Autobytel,
Mr. Rosenberg was responsible for ad sales and operations,
search marketing, website operations, editorial, consumer
marketing and business development.
Prior to AutoByTel, Mr. Rosenberg was Vice President, AOL
Web Properties Strategy and Business Development for America
Online, Inc. He has also held senior marketing and strategy
positions at HJ Heinz, Rogers Cable, Bain & Company and Procter
and Gamble.
