Nick Chapman – Managing Director, LeadPoint UK

Nick contributes his valuable experience in business development, online marketing, lead generation and product management as the head of LeadPoint’s UK operations.

Nick is the founder of the UK Lead Point operation and since launch has been responsible for all aspects of the business.  Key to the success to date has been promoting a flexible and hard working culture and putting in place a team of people that care passionately about good quality lead generation and looking after customers.

Prior to LeadPoint Nick served as Director of Business Development for Advertising.com Europe, where he helped to define the company’s overall strategy. He drove dramatic financial growth in Europe where he launched Advertising.com’s affiliate, email and data share networks. This culminated in an exit when AOL Time Warner purchased the company in 2005.

Outside the office, Nick is a passionate Tottenham Hotspur fan and enjoys spending time with his family and fitting in the occasional round of golf.

Justin Rees – Director of Marketing and Partnerships, LeadPoint UK

Justin adds a wide-range of marketing, strategic partnerships, market research and start-up experience to his position of Director of Marketing and Partnerships for LeadPoint UK.

In his previous role at the Classic Car Club, Rees helped launch the Manhattan branch of the private members driving club. Rees was involved in all aspects of starting the business from Project Management, Marketing and Customer Services.

Rees formerly worked as a Research Analyst at Euromonitor International, a leading market intelligence firm with more than 30 years of experience publishing market reports, business reference books, online information systems and bespoke consulting projects.

Alain Desmier – Director of Operations, LeadPoint UK

Alain is the Director of Operations and is responsible for the operational day-to-day running of LeadPoint UK as well as LeadPoint’s expansion into Voice Leads and Co-Registration, both of which will be launched in 2010.

Prior to LeadPoint, Alain was a PR Consultant with Corporate Communications agency, Fishburn Hedges, where he focused on the emergence of social and digital media and worked across Corporate, Public Sector and Legal clients. 

Matthew Marshall – Head of Sales and Account Management, LeadPoint UK

Emma Smith – Head of Marketplace and LeadPoint Connect, LeadPoint UK

Emma is joint head of the Commercial Team as well as the senior seller-facing representative at LeadPoint. She provides support and advice to the team across the portfolio of seller accounts, drives the sales, account management and integration efforts of our LeadPoint Connect offering and takes strategic decisions surrounding marketplace supply, demand and allocation where appropriate. Emma is also responsible for the retention and growth of seller relationships.

Prior to LeadPoint, Emma was Account Manager with online travel start-up isango.com, responsible for developing and optimising their white-label B2B partnerships including, Ryanair, Qantas, Accor Hotels, Yahoo, Kelkoo, Hertz, TravelSupermarket and Teletext Holidays. She also managed all B2B marketing and PR.

Aditya Devdhar – Head of Technical Services and Product Development, LeadPoint UK

Aditya comes from the LeadPoint headquarters in Los Angeles and heads Technology at LeadPoint UK. As the technology and tools at LeadPoint are custom and built in-house, Aditya works very closely with multiple teams. With the Buyer Team and the Corporate Development Team he facilitates the smooth integration of buyers and sellers into the LeadPoint Technology Platform.  With the Business Intelligence Team he helps design and create new reports specific to UK and maintaining existing reports. He works with the Product Development Team to add new features to existing products and make the products more robust and scalable.

As previously being a part of the Los Angeles team before moving to London, Aditya is also the key liaison between the UK team and the Business Intelligence, Product Development and Technology teams back in Los Angeles.

Aditya received his Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and started his career with LeadPoint immediately after graduation.
