Ravi Pankhania - Head of Lead Acquisition

Ravi is in charge of all lead acquisition from both affiliates who promote the inhouse owned and operated sites to the lead sellers who run their own sites.
Ravi has been with Simply Media (which owns the LeadPoint brand division) since its inception and is a central figure on the day to day operational activities and business development.
He is an avid Arsenal supporter and in his spare time assists with the family property development.
He has a BSc Business & Management (Marketing) with Professional Development & Marketing.

James Bradley – Head of LeadPoint

James has worked within sales and marketing for the last 5 years. He first started out as an actor and moved into producing film and marketing for businesses. He was Business Development Manager for Dragonfly Productions, and Company Director of Shinesquad Creative Media before joining Leadpoint.

Born in Devon James is an avid Plymouth Argyle supporter, and he loves Mexican food. 

Sahar Mirhadi – Key Account Manager

Sahar joined the team as a Key Account Manager in July 2013 with over 4 year sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining LeadPoint, she was responsible for securing and managing client accounts within the professional services and NHS.

In her spare time, Sahar performs stand up comedy in London and enjoys cooking.

Chisha Malama - Software Engineer

Chisha is a software developer with expertise in Java, C#, PHP,, Javascrit, Android, SQL, CSS, HTML, ASPX.
He has an Honours Degree in Computer Science and a Higher diploma in Management Information Systems.
Prior to joining Leadpoint, he was developing software for a company offering social learning to students.

In his spare time, Chisha practises new programming languages that he does not know. He enjoys watching soccer and playing games. His favourite team is Arsenal FC

Jerome Timotheus - Customer Relations Consultant

Jerome joined the Leadpoint team as a Customer Relations consultant in February 2014 with over 10 years of in- and outbound call-center experience. He studied Marketing and has worked in the travel, finance, publishing and retail sectors during his career. He has industry training in sales, customer service and customer retention.
In his spare time he plays cue-sports and represented his country at the 2004 World Eight-ball Pool championships in Blackpool, England.

Jason Apollos - Customer Relations Consultant

Jason joined the Cape Town based office in April 2014. After completing high school, he subsequently studied Quantity Surveying at the Cape University of Technology – wanting to emulate his grandfather, who was a building contractor at the time and also the young Jason`s hero.
He has over 10 years call-center experience with 6 years of those, in a sales environment. Jason loves sports and spend most of his weekends watching either football, rugby or formula 1 with his mates. He is a fanatical supporter of the West London based football club, Chelsea FC and in formula 1, his team of choice is McLaren.
